Talent Showcase 2011

Highlands' stars slammed the house with talent! On March 10, 2011 our Highlands Best Dance Crews and Highlands Idols hit the gym for an exciting and energetic school wide assembly.  Highlands is so full of talent it will blow you away!  The competitions were fierce as they were full of talent!  All the signs and cheering in the audience really paid off for our contestants this year!  Now, here are the results...

Also performing at the assembly was the Pearl City High School Street Team showing us some big-time flair and mad dancing skills!  Big mahalo to Power 104.3 for Micah Banks who was our MC and DJ Krazy K for his skills on the turntables.  We couldn't think of a better way to end the 3rd quarter and head off in to Spring Break than this!

2011-12 Planner Cover Design Contest!

Highlands Intermediate is seeking creative and talented HIS students to design the cover for the 2010-2011 student planner! The winner will have their design distributed on the cover of 1,000 student planners and receive a $50 gift card from Border’s Books & Music.  All students who enter will receive 3 spirit points for their Team!
