Fall Dance 2015 "The Force Awakens"

Music and a black lights in the cafeteria only meant one thing on the Friday before the Fall Break...Fall Dance 2015 "The Force Awakens!" Everyone enjoyed dancing their hearts out, playing games and participating in activities, eating and drinking all the yummy concessions, and best of all -- taking pictures with their friends! Friends could also make song shout-outs to each other, make song requests or take polaroid/professional/iPad pictures together for the first time at the dance. Several booths were open to the students outside as well as inside the dance that include a light up/glowing item store, a Haunted House 4 Promo Booth, a Balloon Activity booth, Takeshi the Magician, an arcade Basketball Game, and a total of 3 photo booths!!! It was a blast for everyone especially since it was the final day of Spirit Week 2015! "The Force Awakens" took over Highlands Intermediate for just one day, but it'll be a day never to be soon forgotten... Alex, Assembly Committee Chair
