Get ready Colts, because it’s time for our very own cup sign! After COVID-19 shut down so many activities, Student Council thought it would be great to really show the community that Highlands Intermediate is alive and kicking! So, we set out to make our very own ginormous cup sign along the main road of our school. First, it took some research and calculations to get our plan ready, but after that, it was all hands on deck! With the amazing efforts of Student Council and Spirit Club, the words “COLTS STRONG” were spelled out along the fence in our school colors, white and purple, over just a couple of days! And with these specially made cups, we were sure that they weren’t soon to fall out! In the end, the sign was a huge success, and now, everyone who drove past our school knew exactly how to describe the colts of Highlands Intermediate: strong! Mia, Student Government Vice President
