Student Council Farewell Bonding 2025

On Wednesday, May 21st, the Highlands Intermediate Student Council held their final bonding activity of the 24-25 school year at the StuCo Room. To kick off the event, all current Student Council members “signed off” as a student council member for the year. We all got to eat an epic potluck late lunch while we watched “Moana", our theme for the upcoming Farewell Dance. Then, the real fun began with several water balloon games put together by Spirit Committee. Student Council split into different teams and competed ferociously get more wet with every game until we couldn't wait any longer ;) The grand finale of the StuCo Farewell Bonding is always the giant water balloon fight pitting the 7th Graders vs. the 8th Graders! We and fought each other with water balloons and water guns and defended ourselves with oversized popsicle and boba drink floaties in an epic hour-long battle that was sooooooooo so much fun! We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the successes of this year and to look foward to the final week of school ;)
