Imagine plungers for paddles and skateboards for canoes and there you have the 1st Annual Highlands Intermediate Canoe Regatta. 8 fastest laps across the basketball courts wins! 200 spirit points to the winner! 150 for second, 100 for third, 80…60…40…20 and 10 for last. There’s one rule: the only way to propel your “canoe” (skateboard) is by using the “paddle” (plunger).
