SLC 2015

Our Highlands Student Council enhanced their leadership skills and abilities at the Student Leadership Conference 2015 at University of Hawaii at Manoa. We bonded with other Councils from the other islands to exchange ideas while participating in fun activities to learn how to be better leaders. Our super leaders got so many amazing chances to hear from professionals at each superhero-themed event. We were welcomed by enthusiastic facilitators that were cheering non-stop with energizers and activities! Apart from the educational component to the experience, our Highlands Student Council had fun at the dance where we bonded together as basically a family on the last night of this unforgetable expedition. We all went to this event to learn how to make our school a more fun, and easier place to learn with activities that bring us together as a student body.  We got all of that and also memories to last a lifetime....
