This year's Student Council Retreat went down on the Windward side of the island, at the beautiful Kualoa Ranch in Ka’a’awa on Tuesday, January 26. The fun began before school even started as all of the StuCo kids raced to the SG Room in excitement! The day officially started with tons of cheers and energizers! All the students then loaded up on bus to Kualoa Ranch and there was so much singing and excitement we couldn’t wait for the actual activity! Finally, we all arrived to Kualoa and had to board another smaller bus to finally arrive at our destination deep in beautiful and picturesque Ka’a’awa Valley. Our facilitators quickly got us into groups for team-building exercises like Captain's Ball, razor wire balancing act, Nuclear Reactor, Giant Plank balance and so many more!. All in all, it was a great experience for all of us and greatly enhanced the trust we had with each other. This leadership retreat also helped us refocus on all the things we are and what we plan to do to close out the best school year ever! Wrx, Athletics Co-Chairperson
