StuCo Bonding: Hawaii Escape Challenge!

Ready? Your challenge starts…. NOW ! On September 8, 2018 the Highlands Student Council went to Pearlridge Uptown Center to experience Hawaii’s #1 interactive escape room experience -- The Hawaii Escape Challenge! It was sooooo much fun! Our group was so big that we got to choose from 2 different escape rooms: The Championship and Nuclear Launch. The Championship pitted two different teams in identical, but separate rooms going head to head with each other in a race against the clock. The goal was to find the trophy first by solving riddles, locks and even finding secret passages!  In the Nuclear Launch, the team’s job was to find clues, riddles or hidden passages to try and disarmed launch of a nuclear missle from the White House! Even though some of us didn’t make it out on time, we still had a blast and it was an awesome team bonding experience! It made us grew closer together as a Student Council and helped us to get to work together, solving problems, taking leadership roles, and communicating with each other in a super stressful situation!!!
