StuCo Mid-Year Retreat 2019

It was a hot & humid day, but the Highlands Intermediate Student Council was ready for the StuCo Mid-Year Retreat 2019 to Kualoa Ranch in Ka’a’awa. After a long, exciting trip out to the country and the famous Kualoa Ranch, we just couldn’t hold our excitement in!   If you don’t know much about the Kualoa Ranch, here’s a link for more information: https://www.kualoa.com/. Kualoa Ranch is well known for the many Hollywood movies that were filmed there such as Jurassic Park and Jumanji. Anyways, we were able to board another super cool bus, an off-roading bus to get a bonus tour of all the different film locations, dozens in all! After a bumpy and scenic ride, we arrived to out final location, we were able to do so many awesome icebreakers and activities with our amazing facilitators!  It was such a special day because we got to do such fun activities at such a beautiful place! We got closer as a council as a result, and reflected upon all of our past accomplishments this year.
