Welcome Back to School 17-18 sy "Highlands Heroes Unite!"

We welcomed back our 7th and 8th grade heroes to Highlands Intermediate with endless super cheers and tons of energy! The first day back was August 7th when the new 7th grade heros stepped onto campus for the very first time! We had welcome back banners and posters everywhere... Our very own Highlands StuCo members were holding up handmade posters and doing some cheers, to pump up the students, parents and teachers too! We all had so much fun, reuniting with old friends, dancing, and meeting all the new students and teachers! And, we did it all over again the next day when our 8th Grade heroes finally arrived on campus…. Our welcome back activities got everyone’s spirit up, broke the ice and put smiles on everyone’s faces! The Welcome Back 17-18 sy activity got this school year off to such an great start and everyone at Highlands will definitely know that this school year will be super!!! Brandie, SG Treasurer
