Christmas Spirit Week 2021: Finish the Lyric!

It's getting chilly out there! So we decided to kick off this year's winter spirit week with a little fun game. On December 13th the assembly committee hosted a “finish the lyric” contest. It was AWESOME! The student council room was completely changed and decorated to fit the christmas theme with yummy prizes, some lights, inflatable christmas trees, inflatable reindeers, and much more! The contestants consisted of a group of people on each team, The hosts of the game would play a christmas song and stop it after some time and it was up the contestant to figure out what lyrics go next… but the catch was, you didn't choose when you wanted to go, the hosts will randomly point to you, if you couldn't figure out the next line, you're turn was over and that point could unfortunately go to another group. But the best part of it was you still got a little prize..yeah that's right, win or lose you still got a little something because well, it's christmas!
