At 6th Grade Orientation 2019 we had a total of 8 elementary schools come to Highlands to learn more about their first year in middle school! We started the day by having our performing arts electives like Symphonic Band, Chorus, and Ukulele perform some of their recent hits. We then split the visiting schools up into small groups with an official Highlands tour guide (us!) for the campus tour. Lastly, we ended the 6th Grade Orientation with a Q&A session with our very own Highlands Student Council.They had some really good questions and we in turn gave them great feedback and advice. Unfortunately, 6th Grade Orientation came to an end but I can tell you it was a really great event and we just know the Class of 2026 are gonna do an amazing job when they finally get here next year!
