Winter Dance 2023 "Grinchmas!"

The Cafeteria was filled with mostly nice - and also a few naughty ones lol! - for the highly-anticipated Winter Dance 2023 “Grinchmas”! It was such a blast to end the year, quarter and semester with this Dr. Seuss themed party!!! The Winter Dance 2023 “Grinchmas”, was held on December 21st @ the Cafeteria and Campus Center. This memorable and festive event had many other activities to participate in, also; it was vibrant, filled with contagious smiles and so much joy overflowing all over campus! The Grinch inevitably chose to not be a “mean one” this year, but instead the Grinch’s heart grew 3 times it's size and it was jaunty enough to even party with the ebullient students ;) The dance floor was alive blinking crowns and lights and with students partying it up like there was no tomorrow! Others were shopping at all the yummy food stands, taking unforgettable photos together, socializing, playing the glow games offered, or even watching "The Grinch" movie in the Library. The Winter Dance 2023 is by far the best dance I’ve experienced and many others agree from my assessment. A huge appreciation to all staff and students who were working and also to the amazing DJ Jojo Flow for his music that kept everyone hype from beginning to end. Christmas Spirit Week 2023

The best spirit week this year was definitely Christmas Spirit Week 2023! Everyone participated and enjoyed the winter fun through awesome winter themed dress ups and activities. From Christmas Monday Morning to Winter Formal, everyone got into the spirit and it was sooooo fun! They especially loved all the interesting dress up themes and the big dance at the end to look forward to. Christmas Spirit Week lets everyone know that Christmas is right around the corner and they can now get ready for the holidays early! Staffulty Christmas Appreciation Breakfast 2023

As the 2nd quarter came to an end, we students wanted to thank all of our teachers, faculty, and staff with a special breakfast they wouldn't soon forget! The staffulty do so much at our school to make us students feel welcomed and worthy. So, on behalf of all students, we planned a fun and entertaining breakfast for the teachers and staff on December 15 at the Cafeteria.  There were holiday themed games, prizes, entertainment, and best of all - food and drinks! Student Council Bonding: Christmas 2023

Student Council Christmas Bonding took place at the StuCo Room after school on Wednesday, December 13th.  Our 8th Grade Council planned the bonding for weeks and were so excited to be able to share it out!  At check in, we saw that everyone was dressed up in 100% Christmas Spirit and we went right into our StuCo Cheers.  After everyone sat down we then did our annual Secret Santa where we did a really fun gift exchange ;)  After Secret Santa, we ate an amazing potluck feast as we watched the best Christmas movie of all time - Elf!   We then got split up into groups to a hilarious Christmas Karaoke Challenge ;)  StuCo Christmas Bonding ended with the annual Gingerbread House Challenge.  The event ended up becoming a massive, sticky sweet food fight as each group sabotaged the other team’s houses.  We couldn’t think of a better way to end our annual StuCo Christmas Bonding.  Jordyn Tolentino, Dance Committee

eSports: Madden 2023

Our Q2 eSport featured the greatest sports game ever known - Madden 2022!  Players teamed up with a buddy for this 2v2 match up.  This ultimate football tournament took place in the StuCo Room during Grade Level Lunch. Team Champions were crowned each day.  We couldn't be more proud of our 2022 eSport: Madden School Champions from Team Kupono (Cody & Boston) 🏆 Congrats on winning 250 spirit points, $50 GameStop gift cards, Madden Champions Belts and, eternal glory 🏈🎉🤩
