PCHS Pep Rally 2025

Ready… Set … GO to the PCHS Pep Rally 8th Graders! And so we did. The Pearl City High School Athletics Department held a pep rally for the 8th Graders to see and experience all the PCHS fall sports available.  The Class of 2029 were able to see the PCHS Atheletics program, talk to the coaches and players and sign up right then and there!  Some of the sports included were Air Riflery, Tennis, Cross Country, Football, Basketball, Cheerleading, Wrestling and the newest OIA sport, Girls Flag Football. The coaches went more in depth about their respective sport and soon after presentations were complete, the wave of students rushed to sign-up to the sports their were interested in. Overall, the PCHS Pep Rally 2025 was a huge success!

Who’s ready for the next school year? Oh wait, it hasn’t started yet. Still, for the upcoming student council members of Pearl City High School, planning for the upcoming school year has already begun! And who better to learn from then the students of Pearl City High School themselves? On Thursday, May 19, the Student Activities Coordinator of PCHS, Mr. Miyashiro, and two current Student Council officers took the trip down to the Highlands Intermediate Stuco room to talk to the upcoming members. Through the entire 8th grade lunch, they explained the roles and responsibilities that these students would be accepting, and gave them a glimpse of all the fun activities to come! This was a learning experience for all in attendance, and the upcoming members gained a newfound confidence and excitement. Colts, if you’re 8th grade year is soon coming to an end, don’t be sad! PCHS Homecoming Parade 2019

“Be LOUD! Be EXCITED! HAVE FUN!”  These were the only rules that counted in the PCHS Parade 2019. Student Council teamed up with the Highlands Intermediate Cheerleaders to march in the parade. In front of the freshman class and behind the high school cheerleaders, our students marched, chanted, and gave away candy all the way down to Pacheco Park. We cheered and laughed, and sweated like CRAZY! But in the end, it was an experience that we’d never forget.  Celice, 8th Grade Secretary
